Thank you Waterway WOW! donors

Thank you to everyone who gave to the UC Davis Arboretum and Public Garden’s Waterway WOW! campaign this spring! New donors plus many generous members, volunteers, community members, and alumni made gifts totaling over $68,000, exceeding our goal for the campaign.

The Waterway WOW! campaign kicked off during the first ever UC Davis Give Day on April 21 and wrapped up on May 4 during the region-wide Big Day of Giving. All of the Waterway WOW gifts, no matter how or when they arrived, will make a big difference in improving the Arboretum Waterway this year. These community donations will fund over 6,000 plants to re-vegetate a major portion of the Waterway banks and help launch a new team of Arboretum Learning by Leading student interns to care for the Waterway. Thank you again to the generous donors and to all of our loyal supporters who give in whichever way they can—with their time, creativity, words of encouragement, or donations.
